All chart records, custom location configurations, search history, and transit notes you create are stored locally in a private SQLite database on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we store or backup, your saved charts or custom places.
c. Application Settings
Your preferred configuration options (such as language, dark mode preference, 12/24-hour format, and Ayanamsa preference) are saved locally on your device using key-value storage (AsyncStorage) to persist your preferences between sessions.
d. Internet Access
The Application does not require an active internet connection to perform its core astrological calculations. Where internet access is available, it is used only when you explicitly choose to open external resources, such as our official YouTube channel or support pages.
The Application requests or utilizes the following device permissions and system features to perform its core functions:
The Application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC) to monitor application performance, collect anonymous operational metrics (such as screen transitions, chart save/share actions, language preferences), and diagnose crash reports to maintain application stability.
All telemetry transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No personal identification, user accounts, email addresses, exact GPS coordinates, saved chart names, or transit notes are ever collected, transmitted, or shared with third parties.
Third-party libraries used solely to provide local application functionality (such as user interface components, astronomical calculation libraries, or mathematical utilities) do not receive, collect, or transmit your personal data.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application (excluding user-generated charts and notes), including but not limited to its source code, algorithms, calculations, text, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, documentation, and other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Rishabam School of Astrology.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports regarding the Application, you grant Rishabam School of Astrology a royalty-free, perpetual, and unrestricted license to use and incorporate such feedback into future updates or products without any obligation or compensation to you.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
